ConservCo Acquires The Cement Solution Company, LLC
Acquisition Expands ConservCo’s Product Line, Adds Customers, Warehouses
RENO, NV –January 20, 2010 – ConservCo Water Conservation Products, LLC today announced completion of its acquisition of The Cement Solution Company, LLC, a manufacturer of building materials.
The acquisition of Indianapolis, Indiana based Cement Solution expands ConservCo’s product line and gives the company access to the Construction and Building Materials sector.
“We are very excited about the future of the building sector and believe that Cement Solution, and its flagship product The Reusable Concrete Mixing Bag, represent a significant growth opportunity for us,” said Lauren Sellyei, President of ConservCo. “The acquisition gives us access to new markets, new distribution channels, and more than a thousand new customers,” added Sellyei.
The acquisition also provides ConservCo with a warehousing and logistics platform in the Midwest, which it will use to streamline its supply chain management infrastructure.
Cement Solution founder and inventor of the Reusable Concrete Mixing Bag, Robert Dunlap, assumes an executive role at ConservCo, managing the Company’s Midwest sales efforts and warehouse operations.
